PHONE SYSTEMS
Choosing the right phone system depends on your individual needs, as well as the location of the system’s “brain”:

ON-PREMISE PHONE SYSTEMS are ideally suited for larger offices with at least 10-15 phone extensions or who require custom programming, a centralized call center or system integration. Though the initial investment is a bit higher, monthly phone bills are significantly lower. We currently support two on-premise phone systems:

Switchvox. Digium's Asterisk-based PBX/Unified Communications platform is ideally suited for small to large businesses from 10-400 extensions. Boasts an amazing user interface and fully leverages the promise of VoIP and Unified Communications for a typical office environment.

Complete PBX. Xorcom’s commercially supported Asterisk-based PBX can integrate with nearly anything, and can custom design any application conceivable. We use Xorcom for our inbound and outbound call centers clients, including hotels, and offices with up to 1,000 users.

HOSTED PHONE SYSTEMS are better suited for smaller offices with fewer centralized people, and that adhere to a "Software-As-A-Service" (SAAS) subscription model. The service includes both the PBX features – such as voicemail to email, find-me/follow-me, etc. – bundled together with phone service and long-distance service. Since the "brains" reside in our datacenters, you don't have to buy or maintain server equipment, keeping the initial investment lower.

PHONE SERVICES
These monthly services compliment existing PBX platforms and legacy phone equipment:

SIP TRUNKING SERVICES
A SIP trunk is a virtual VoIP phone line that does not require physical wires to work. Because these lines or "trunks" are virtual, they can be quickly and easily added or removed on demand, more readily adapting to your fluctuating needs.

DIRECT INWARD DIAL SERVICES (DID)
A DID phone number can ring down a SIP trunk, and there can be one or more associated with a particular trunk or trunk group. For example, if you have two trunks and 10 DIDs, you could only have two phone calls going at one time, but those two calls could be to/from any of your 10 DIDs. The third call would simply ring busy.

REMOTE DID SERVICES (RDID)
With a 90% U.S. coverage area, we can issue DID numbers that fall in different rate centers throughout the country. For example, you can have an Atlanta phone number that rings into your Chicago office, eliminating toll charges altogether.

CRM Services
A Customer Relationship Management system from SIP Oasis can turn every phone call or email into a lead, and every customer interaction into a sales Opportunity. Our hosted CRM service is one flat, monthly rate for unlimited users per company, and features PBX integration, email drip campaigning, an automated Workflow engine, and Exchange integration.
